What program is the icon of a key and clock on windows?

Word, Excel, and PowerPoint have the same kind of icon. I’ve seen two others that are a picture of a key and a clock. I’m wondering what their names are and what they do.

Icon with the key it’s an Access. It’s a program to track and manage ur information. it’s not easy to use and pretty much complicated. I believe it’s being used in companies to keep information organized.
Icon with the clock it’s an Outlook. It’s a program which works with ur email box so u can have an access to ur emails without opening the Internet and going online. To use that program u have to first put some informations about servers to ur email box.
