Report covers are one of those office supplies that are often forgetten. Most people think of them as the old pocket and prong folders they used to use in grade school. But report covers are actually one of the more important Office Products, because they portray an image of your company and your work when you use them for presentations. Typically, report covers come with three prongs to hold papers. There’s also Duraclip report covers by Durable that have a sliding spine that holds in the paper, so three hole punching your documents is not required. Other versions of the same style are called Slide ‘n Bind from GBC, or Hidden Clip report covers. All do the same basic funtion of holding papers in the report cover without the need for a three hole punch.

Color choices are huge in today’s world of more selection is better. The typical internet office supplies store will have 15-20 color options from the standard blue or black, to teal, hunter green or royal blue. Standard report covers without clear fronts are used normally for the pockets on the inside. Two pocket folders come in standard leatherette grade, laminated paper and even plastic poly report covers for more durability.
